Ramadan Month Benefits

First point:
Ramadan is one of the most important pillars and one of the greatest symbols of Islam.

There are many purposes for Ramadan, such as knowing the supreme authority of God, thanking God for the grace, balancing the individual and collective life of mankind, and promoting self-improvement and self-discipline.

Ramadan has a purpose related to the authority of God, that is, God shows the perfection of his rule and his graciousness and mercy on the earth. The land of Allah's creation is like a tabletop, which embraces the grace of the Lord that humans cannot imagine. However, due to the negligence of human beings and the cover-up of causality, people cannot fully understand the truths contained in them. However, in Ramadan, the believers are ready to stand up like the army. They are sincerely worshipping the Lord, as they are eager to learn that they should be self-reliant and go to the end. . In this way, they responded to grand and universal kindness with a comprehensive and harmonious collective worship. I can't help but think that those who neither worship God nor share these graces are worthy of being called people.

The second point:
Ramadan is a key to achieving gratitude

Another purpose of Ramadan is to show that the servant must pay for the food taken from the king's kitchen. Obviously, it is ridiculous to let the servant benefit without acknowledging the existence of the king. It is also a clear disrespect for the gift. Similarly, Almighty God spreads infinite grace on the earth, and demands to pay for it, that is, gratitude.

The obvious reasons for the grace, and the people who bring us the grace of God, are like the servants in the above example. We pay the servants wages, grateful and grateful to them, even if they are only the reasons or means for God to give grace. We are actually expressing to them some respect that they deserve to be. (Since they are all treated like this), the true benefactor, Allah, is definitely worthy of gratitude for these graces. This form of gratitude is to admit that you long for grace, to thank grace wholeheartedly, and to attribute all grace to God.

Fasting in Ramadan is a key to true, sincere, comprehensive and universal gratitude. Many people are not grateful for the majority of their enjoyment because they do not feel the hunger. For example, a small piece of dry bread is meaningless to those who are full of food, although their taste suggests that this small piece of bread is a very precious gift from God in the eyes of the fasting believers. In Ramadan, everyone will recognize the precious value of God's grace and will be grateful.

In the fasting, the letters are all thinking: "Since these graces did not belong to me, I can't just regard them as eating. Since the only God owned and gave it to me, I should wait for Allah to allow. Only then can you eat.” Thus, by acknowledging that the diet is a gift from God, the believers silently thank God, which is why fasting is the most basic obligation of mankind and the key to gratitude.

The third point:
feeling the pain of being poor

Fasting is closely related to the collective life of mankind. The reason why Allah does not let everyone live alone is to ask the rich to help the poor. Without fasting, many rich and self-indulgent people cannot see the pain of hunger and poverty, and they do not know the extent to which the poor need to be concerned. Therefore, taking care of your companions is truly grateful.

People in life are often poorer than others, so everyone should help them. If people are not hungry, it is almost impossible to do good deeds or help others. Even if you do, you can't be perfect because they don't feel the same about the situation of the hungry.

Fourth point:
self-tempering and self-discipline

Ramadan contains many sacred purposes of self-tempering and self-restraint, such as suppressing the physical desires of human beings. There is always a tendency to be free and unconstrained in the nature of selfish desire. It even wants to have a false authority to do whatever it pleases. It does not want to think about the infinite grace of God to temper and test itself, but to devour these graces like thieves, like robbers, like animals. This is especially true when his wealth and power are under supervision.

During Ramadan, each person's self recognizes that he belongs to God, not himself, and realizes that he is only a servant, not a free man. Unless it is ordered or permitted, it can't even do anything like eating and drinking. Such weakness is weak, breaking the authority of self-fantasy. Force it to recognize its servant identity and thus fulfill its true gratitude obligations.

Fifth point:
to prevent the rebellion of sensual self

Ramadan can prevent the rebellion of the sensual self and give it good morality.

A person's sensual self will be forgotten because of negligence. It can't see, and doesn't want to see its inherent endless weakness, poverty, and defects. It never thinks about the misfortunes and aging that it has to face. It doesn't want to think that it is just a combination of disintegrated, rotten flesh and bones. It is extremely greedy and loving, as if it has a steel-like body, a life-long life, and rushes to the world, firmly grasping all things that are profitable, comfortable and enjoyable. Ever since, it completely forgot to protect it and train its Creator. It is deeply mired in the quagmire of moral corruption, not thinking about the outcome of this life or future generations.

Ramadan makes those who are negligent and most ignorant feel their weakness and lack of nature. Hunger is of great significance at this time, reminding them to be aware of how fragile their bodies are. They realized that they needed compassion and care, and therefore gave up the arrogance and ruthlessness, hoping to withstand the powerlessness and helplessness of the Lord, and wooing God's laws, and slamming the Lord's door of mercy with silent hands. Of course, the premise is that they have not been negligently ruined.

Sixth point:
Allah has begun to reveal the Qur'an in Ramadan.

There are many meanings in it, such as:

Just as there was a decline in the revelation of the Qur'an in every Ramadan, believers should try to imitate angels, give up eating and drinking, and give up the unhelpful pursuit and all needs of the sensual self. In Ramadan, they should read or listen to the Qur'an as the first revelation of the Qur'an. If possible, they should listen to the Qur'an as if they were listening to the Prophet Muhammad, or when Angel Gabriel read to Muhammad, or Allah revealed it to Muhammad through Gabriel. They should respect the "Gulan" through daily activities, and pass on the message of "Gulan" to others to show the divine intention of Allah's revelation of "Gulan".

Ramadan turned the Muslim world into a huge mosque, and thousands of people read the "Guran" to the residents of the land in the mosque. In the solemn crowd of the Great Mosque in the Muslim world, some people listened solemnly to the "Gulan", while others read the "Gulan" seriously. The most disgusting thing is to give up this beautiful state of mind, obey the lusts of the flesh, eat and drink in this sacred "mosque", and violate the public anger. Similarly, the most hateful and inevitable aversion and contempt for the Muslim world is against Muslims’ fasting in Ramadan.

Seventh point:
the good work done in Ramadan will receive thousands of rewards

Many of the purposes of Ramadan's fasting are related to one's spiritual rewards, because each person is sent to the earth to spread seeds for later generations. The following paragraphs explain one of the purposes:

The good deeds done in Ramadan will receive thousands of rewards. According to the Hadith, every letter of the Qur'an will receive 10 times the reward. Reading a letter every time means doing 10 good deeds and bringing the fruits of 10 kinds of heaven. In Ramadan, this reward has increased by 100O times. If you read a chapter like "Noble Scripture", you will get even more. In the evening of Ramadan, there are more rewards for the night. In addition, in the "Noble Night" (the first night of the Qur'an), reading the Qur'an, each letter will receive more than 3000 times the reward. In the holy month of Ramadan, every letter of the Qur'an is paid for 30,000 times the eternal fruit of heaven. The letter is like a towering tree, blessed by God, with the eternal fruit of countless heavens. Think about how noble such a business is, how lucrative the profits are, and how those people who do not know how to appreciate the Qur'an are losing money.

Therefore, Ramadan is the best time to engage in this lucrative business. It is like the most fertile land, suitable for you to cultivate for the harvest of future generations. It gives good dedication to double the reward, just like the spring of April. It is a sacred and celebrated festival for those who worship the true Lord.

This is why it is an obligation to say that Ramadan is not allowed to satisfy the animal greed of the sensual self, or to indulge in meaningless dogs. The believers become angels because of fasting or participating in such a business, and become a mirror reflecting the self-sufficiency of God. They renounce the world in a certain period of time and make themselves a pure soul manifested in the flesh. In fact, Ramadan also contains the meaning of the eternal future generation after the believer gained the short-lived life through fasting.

A Ramadan can give a believer 80 years of compensation, because the Qur'an says that "noble night" is better than 80 years (the Qur'an 97:3). A king can stipulate several festivals to commemorate his special occasions such as ascending to the throne, and to give his loyal subjects a special honor in these days. The eternal, solemn Lord revealed his noble decree, the Qur'an, in Ramadan. Therefore, wise people will understand that Ramadan will be a sacred festival, in which the authority of God releases infinite grace, and all spiritual existences are assembled. If Ramadan is a divinely destined festival, then fasting is the command of God, so that people can get rid of the desire of the flesh to some extent.

Fasting can also cause people to abandon the sin of physical physiology or limbs and use them for their specific actions of worshippers. For example, fasting people should prevent their tongues from lying, swearing, and swearing, and make them busy reading the Qur'an, praising God, asking for forgiveness, and asking God to bless the Prophet Muhammad. They prevent their eyes and ears from seeing and listening to illegal things; they are concerned with matters of spiritual or moral warnings, listening to the Qur'an and the voice of truth. When their gastrointestinal tracts stop working, their other limbs (small workshops) will easily follow the gastrointestinal steps.

Eighth point:
Fasting puts people in a state of physical and mental restraint

If the physical self acts and eats as desired, the health of the person will be hurt. More importantly, because they do not distinguish between legal and illegal, their spiritual life will also be hurt. Such a physical self will feel that it is difficult to obey the call of the soul and spirit. It believes that the world does not have any principle, it controls the human emotions, and people move along the physical preferences. However, Ramadan made it accustomed to a modest diet, and self-discipline made it learn to obey. The stomach will not be hurt by eating and drinking before the last meal is completely digested, nor will it be harmed by giving up legal things. Then it will learn to obey the commands of reason and religion to get rid of those illegal things. In this way, the physical self strives to avoid harming the owner's spiritual life.

In order to patiently endure long-term hunger, people should train themselves with self-discipline and thrift. Ramadan makes people feel hungry for hours, and if they miss the meal before dawn, they will be hungry longer. In this way, people's patience is trained. Ramadan is the way to treat the impatience and endurance of human suffering.

Many parts of the human body serve the stomach more or less. If the "factory" does not stop the routine work of the day in a certain month, it will force other parts of the body to follow themselves and be exhausted, so that they will forget the noble duties of their respective worshippers. Therefore, the sages are often willing to pursue the perfection of spirit and humanity through asceticism. Ramadan reminds us that all parts of our body are not only made to serve the stomach. In Ramadan, many parts of the body enjoy the spiritual joys of the angels, not the material pleasures. As a result, the believers of the fasting are different in their spiritual perfection, and they receive different spiritual pleasures and enlightenment, which makes one's psychological, spiritual and inner feelings sublimate. Even if the stomach feels uncomfortable for this, the feeling is still very happy.

The ninth point:
fasting makes people realize that they are born to be weak and helpless.

Fasting breaks the false authority of the physical self, making it aware that he is born to be weak and helpless, and that he is only a servant of God. Because the physical self does not recognize the dominance, it stubbornly claims to be the master, even if it is actually suffering. Only hunger can change its temperament. The messenger of Allah said that the Almighty God asks the flesh: "Who am I, and you are accurate?" It replies: "You are you, I am me." Although Allah slammed it and repeated the same problem, The answer is still the same. But once God has caused it to suffer from hunger, it will answer: "You are my merciful Lord, I am your powerless servant."
